What we collect and why

What this site collects

If you request an invite, we collect your first and last name, email address, park or company name, the number of sites you run, your park's website if you give it, and whatever you tell us about what you are running today. We use them to reply to you and to keep a record of the request. We do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising.

Who processes it

• Resend delivers the email that tells our team about your enquiry.
• Microsoft Azure stores the enquiry so it cannot be lost if email fails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form was filled in by a person. It sees your IP address and browser information to do that.
• Google Analytics measures how the site is used — only if you accept analytics cookies. Decline and it never loads.

Cookies

We set a cookie to remember whether you chose the light or dark theme, and one to remember your analytics choice. Neither identifies you. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, and only after you accept.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we may need them to deal with your enquiry and our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

This site is our public website. If you use the ACRE product itself, that is a separate system with its own account and sign-in.
